Reflecting on a fantastic European Sensory Network Spring Meeting in Barcelona!

It was wonderful to spend a few days connecting with our ESN community and getting inspired about the latest topics influencing the future of sensory and consumer research.

As the new Vice-Chair and Treasurer of the ESN, Patricia Silva, Managing Director for SAM Spain, welcomed sensory and consumer science research partners and research institutions to collaborate and participate in inspirational discussions about the latest research projects.
 
The ESN also had the opportunity to experience something a bit different as SAM Spain showcased some in-the-moment consumer research, testing typical Spanish products within chic food locations in Barcelona.

We hope everyone came away energised by the discussions as well as the food and wine experiences!
